Heather Dlhopolsky is a partner in the firm's Land Use/Zoning practice group. Ms. Dlhopolsky's practice focuses on all matters relating to zoning, subdivision, site plan, and other land use-related issues in Montgomery, Prince George's and Charles Counties in Maryland.

Ms. Dlhopolsky has appeared before the Montgomery County and Prince George's County Planning Boards and Charles County Planning Commission, as well as the Montgomery County Board of Appeals and Hearing Examiner, Montgomery County and Prince George's County Circuit Courts, and Montgomery District Court. She is extensively involved in the community, primarily focused on the Bethesda-Chevy Chase region, and holds leadership positions at The Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce and formerly with the Western Montgomery County Citizens Advisory Board, among other organizations.

Ms. Dlhopolsky recently chaired the Montgomery County Nighttime Economy Task Force, a Task Force appointed by the County Executive to recommend ways to improve the nighttime economy for residents, employees, and visitors and to support nighttime businesses in the County. She is also actively involved in pro bono legal work in the Montgomery County community.
