Recent Progress includes-

Played a major role in making health insurance available and renewable at reasonable prices to small businesses.
Helped to pass a new law that will more than double criminal penalties for worker's compensation fraud committed by employees.
Worked successfully for enactment of a law to extend the time limit for submission of sales tax receipts to the State.
Helped to kill the Maryland striker replacement bill.
Supported a bill to assure fair hearings for businesses appealing state agency rulings.
