I clicked on a link, nothing happened. Why?
Since our Web site is still under construction, you have to be sure that what you clicked on is really a link. If you click on a section title or graphic, and the cursor stays as an arrow instead of changing to a hand, then the link is not active yet.
If you're sure that what you clicked on is a link, then one of a few things could have happened. The most common problem is a slow internet link. Wait a little longer to see if your request comes into our server. If you have to wait more than three minutes, something is probably wrong.
Another problem may be the Java Applets & JavaScripts we use. Some browsers, like Netscape Navigator, allow the user to disable Java Applets and/or JavaScripts. If Java Applets and/or JavaScripts are disabled, you'll not be able to view our page to its full capacity.
Yet, more problems may result with your desktop. With today's complex web languages, webmasters can spawn many windows onto your desktop. Your click might have created another window, which is behind the viewing window or off on another portion of the virtual screen.
